Registration Requirement
You must complete the full registration form when accessing the platform for the first time. Please select the appropriate category (e.g., A/L Registration or Other) according to your academic background and course requirements.
Single User Access
Access to easaccounting.lk is granted strictly to a single user per account. Under no circumstances should two students share the same account. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share it with anyone. Your password must include at least one capital letter and one number for security purposes.
Permitted Use
Access to the platform is granted exclusively for educational purposes. Any other use, including commercial, promotional, or unauthorized distribution, is strictly forbidden.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be made in advance for access to courses, videos, or educational materials. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of course progress or completion.
Cash Deposit Policy
For students making cash deposits, access will be granted within 1 to 3 business days. You must write your reference number clearly on the deposit slip or in the transfer notes when submitting proof of payment.
Access Validity
After completing payment, you will receive access to the selected courses and resources. Video access will expire after the exam date of your enrolled batch (as per the official exam timetable). If you wish to rewatch content for a future attempt, you will need to repurchase access. No transfers between batches or qualifications are allowed.
Video Upload Schedule
Video lectures are uploaded on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the subject and schedule.
Logout Requirement
Always log out of your account after watching videos to maintain account security.
Device Limitations
You are allowed to access content from one computer and one mobile device only. These devices cannot be used simultaneously. If your device is lost or damaged, contact our support team for a device reset.
Prohibited Activity
If you are found sharing login credentials, using multiple devices, or attempting to copy or redistribute content, your account will be permanently blocked without refund.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a functional device to access the platform. easaccounting.lk is not liable for disruptions caused by power failures, poor connectivity, or data issues.
Copyright & Legal Use
All content on the platform is the intellectual property of easaccounting.lk (EAS Accounting Learning Pvt Ltd). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or alteration of content is subject to legal action under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003.
Discount Eligibility
Discounts may require submission of previous result sheets. Failure to provide valid documentation may lead to discount revocation or account suspension.
Use of Study Materials
Reading materials, mock exams, and notes are for personal academic use only. Sharing or repurposing is strictly prohibited.
Use of Student Achievements
easaccounting.lk reserves the right to feature student achievements or awards for promotional and motivational purposes.
Telegram Groups
Some courses include Telegram group support. Discussions should be relevant to coursework only. The management may remove students for misuse or inappropriate communication. Lecturers respond only to academically significant questions.

Online Format Disclaimer
All courses are conducted entirely online. Students do not require visas or physical presence to attend classes.
